Hey 19

Sorry -I was feeling a little Steely Dan with the title - Anyway, yesterday I successfully completed the 19th day of the Perricone Promise diet, AND I ordered my PEP food (I'm expecting it by Monday!!!).

Coming of the tails of a great Tuesday, I continued sticking to the diet all day yesterday. I was feeling kind-of hungry all day until the afternoon snack - the hardboiled egg really hit the spot after what seemed like a lighter-than usual menu for the day.

Salmon Teriyaki was deeee-lish!!! Oh, I did skip the cottage cheese at bedtime-snack-time again. Whoops, don't kill me.

I'm off to the club; tata for now!
