Day 20

Hi everybody,
Yesterday I had another good day, but best of all I have lost 12 lbs as of this morning (day 21 actually) - so, in less than 3 weeks, I've lost 12 lbs - how cool is that?
I'm glad that I decided to continue to be true to this diet again yesterday - it's totally one day at a time, btw. It was easy again yesterday, however, because the food was so amazing:
Bacon for breakfast (yummmm), and I chose the broiled salmon for lunch over the chicken as chicken was on the menu for dinner (grilled indian chicken -the recipe was delicious, and the kabobs were fun to make).
Yes, I ate my entire bedtime snack, and slept like a baby.

On to today!
