Day 14

I was glad to have bacon & eggs for breakfast, even if they were soft-boiled (not the same as overeasy with toast, but not bad). Did I mention how much I like turkey bacon???? love it, and don't think I could go back to old fashioned stuff again. I enjoyed my morning workout, and will be walking with my friend after lunch. Knowing that I have a yogurt smoothie for an afternoon snack will be good incentive to walk hard!

I stuck to the perricone promise diet 100 percent today, and have no major plans for the weekend, so I hope to keep on it through Monday.

Ahh, to bed, still exhausted from New York on Thursday and my big bedtime snack. I'm sleeping in tomorrow.
