Day 12 on my Perricone Promise Diet
Wednesday was another normal day on the Perricone program. My exercise in the a.m. was replaced by an extra 45 minutes of sleep, which I really needed. For breakfast I had 2 hardboiled eggwhites instead of 2 softboiled eggs - I hate softboiled eggs.
It was a perfect day for soup, so lunch hit the spot, as did the Fish Stew recipe I made for dinner.
Skipped the egg part of the bedtime snack - I hope my messing up the bedtime snacks isn't the end of me. From the glow on my face, the lbs I've shed, and the compliments I'm getting, I think I'm doing okay.
Is anyone else going through this?
