Day 11

Yesterday was my 11th full day on the Perricone Promise diet. It was Tuesday in the real world, but for those of you playing along at home day 11 is marked as Thursday in the book.

I can't believe I am shedding pounds on this diet - I mean, Tuesday's menu was a LOT of food, and I am totally never hungry. Comon, I've never eaten four eggs in an omelet before, even if 2 of them were only the whites - FOUR EGGS, and then a kiwi fruit AND a bowl of oatmeal.
Add in all the snacks and supplements and water that goes along with the diet plan, and I can't even think about the crap I used to eat (ice cream, chocolate milk, chips, chocolate, etc..).

I had a handful of almonds instead of the cottage cheese and berries snack before bedtime - is that bad?

Oh, and I made extra chili and froze it for another day - it was that good.

OK for now...off to the gym.
