7, 8, and 9

The rest of Friday, and Sat and Sun went wonderfully on my Perricone Promise plan. I'm about to have my Sunday evening snack while I watch American Dreams. I'm not craving the ice cream I used to eat while I watch this show on Sunday nights, but I can't say I'm not thinking about it.

Anybody catch Dr. Perricone on QVC on Friday night? I think he was pre-recorded, but the women that were talking about his program really seemed to know their stuff.
